Dental Care Plans

Many patients require an individual plan to assist them in meeting the costs of their dental treatment. We have responded to this requirement by setting up our own scheme which we feel will suit the needs of the vast majority of our patients.

Our aim is to provide a high quality service to you, with an emphasis being placed on the prevention of dental problems.

 Maintenance Plan:       £8.90 per month

• 2 detailed examinations per year
• 2 hygienist visits per year
• All routine radiographs
• UK & worldwide emergency cover with 24 hour helpline
• Emergency and out-of-hours cover for pain relief
• Accidental injury (external) cover up to £10,000 for treatment required

Maintenance Plus:     £12.40 per month

• 2 detailed examinations per year
• 4 routine hygienist visits per year
• All routine radiographs
• UK & worldwide emergency cover with 24 hour helpline
• Emergency and out-of-hours cover for pain relief
• Accidental injury (external) cover up to £10,000 for treatment required

Complete Care Plan: from £14 per month

Our Complete Care Plan offers all of the Maintenance Plan benefits plus:

• Routine Fillings
• Root Fillings
• Routine extractions
• Crown and bridgework*
• Dentures*

The monthly cost of the Complete Care Plan is determined by the current condition of your teeth and gums and should be discussed with your dentist.

*includes surgery time but does not cover laboratory costs

How do I join?

For Maintenance and Maintenance Plus Plans you can join at any time simply by fill out a direct debti mandate.

For the Complete Care Plan we carry out an examination first to check that your mouth is in a stable condition. If we find a problem, we may ask you to accept treatment for it, or invite your agreement to such treatment being excluded from the plan  

Accident & Emergency Insurance 

If you have an unexpected emergency, such as an accident or toothache, then in normal circumstances you should call the practice for advice.

However, if you are away from home, membership of the plan allows you to call the dental help-line, who will put you in touch with a dentist who can help. What is more, if you are overseas when you need help, the dental help-line will endeavour to find an English-speaking dentist to assist you. Emergency telephone numbers will be shown on your registration card.
